Engineering and Business Manager

The Engineering and Business Manager is responsible for engineering projects, businessoperations, facility management, SOP development and implementation, menu&productengineering, system integration, procurement, digital transformation, app testing and support,and business efficiency across AHG (ZHost), ADG (Zinga, Alby Marketplace, andGoldroom) and its multi-venue businesses, including Six Degrees, Chanya Thai, and VeniceAlbany.
This role ensures effective infrastructure management, technology-driven solutions, costoptimization, workforce planning, cloud kitchen execution, and digital integration (Odoo,Zinga, Alby and Goldroom) while aligning business goals with strategic growth and ensuringfacilities and personnels across all locations operate at peak efficiency.
Key Competencies & Skills Required :
- Facility & Engineering Management – Expertise in business maintenance, asset tracking, and infrastructure oversight.
- SOP Development & Implementation – Ability to create, enforce, and update SOPs for operational efficiency.
- Business & Financial Acumen – Strong skills in cost control, procurement, operations, and profitability analysis.
- Menu & Product Engineering & Optimization – Knowledge of menu & product development, pricing strategies, and cost analysis.
- Digital & System Integration – Experience in Odoo & Digital solution implementation (technologies, streamline, automation, etc.).
- App Testing & Support – Experience in digital troubleshooting, user experience testing, and system optimization.
- Multi-Business Operations Leadership – Ability to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- HR & Workforce Planning – Knowledge of training, staff onboarding, and scheduling optimization.
- Marketing & Media Coordination – Experience in content creation, promotions, and brand strategy execution.
- Project & People Management – Strong leadership in multi-departmental operations and strategic initiatives.
