Our primary trading entity is Aspire Digitel Group UK Ltd (company registration 2343760) – the registered address for both is: Armstrong Building Oakwood Drive, Loughborough University Science & Enterprise Park, Loughborough, England, LE11 3QF.

We process your personal data because you have provided us (or are scheduled to provide us) with your feedback regarding product development, usability and or experience of an Aspire Digitel Group Product, and/or relevant user needs and market trends.
Our legal basis for processing your information is legitimate interests. The legitimate interest pursued is to improve and develop Aspire Digitel Group Products.
We share your information with reputable third parties, either because we utilise their tools to process your information, or to ensure the benefit of the processing is shared with other entities within the Aspire Digitel Group Group.

We may use your information for marketing relevant Aspire Digitel Group solutions to you. You are free to unsubscribe or opt-out to marketing messages from us at any time. An unsubscribe option will be included in each message.
We have also partnered with reputable third parties to provide a best-in-class service offering to you and our wider customer base, in addition to this, we may share your personal data with third parties in connection with a sale of the Aspire Digitel Group Group (or any part thereof).
Where that divested entity becomes a controller of your information, they will supply or otherwise make available to you their relevant privacy notice.
We will delete your personal data in accordance with our data retention schedule (available via our Security Portal), or as otherwise required by data protection legislation: including where you choose to exercise your rights as a data subject (see ‘Your Rights’ section for more information).
We will process your personal data in accordance the Principles – external link and Individuals’ Rights – external link of The General Data Protection Regulation (both the EU version (2016/679/EU) and UK retained version thereof).
