Position Overview:
Aspire Digital Group (Thailand) is expanding its services to provide innovative workforce management solutions, including recruitment, virtual assistant services, and HR outsourcing. Based in Bangkok, the HR Manager will play a critical role in supporting Australian operations and services remotely.
The role involves managing recruitment pipelines, coordinating HR processes, ensuring compliance with Australian workplace standards, and delivering workforce solutions across hospitality, digital, and professional industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage domestic and international recruitment campaigns, including job ads, candidate sourcing, and interviews.
- Oversee the recruitment of virtual assistants, project-based staff, and skilled workers for Australian clients.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Work, visa, and migration requirements for Australian placements.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Support onboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, and HR documentation for Australian-based employees and contractors.
- Maintain compliance with Australian workplace regulations, hospitality award, and visa sponsorship requirements.
- Develop HR policies and procedures aligned with Fair Work and industry best practices.
Employee Engagement & Support
- Provide ongoing HR support to Australian teams and clients, including conflict resolution and performance management assistance.
- Coordinate employee training, development programs, and workforce upskilling opportunities.
- Monitor retention, feedback, and wellbeing of deployed staff.
Business Development Support
- Assist the Zinga HRM team in preparing proposals, contracts, and client workforce solutions.
- Support Australian operations with HR insights to strengthen recruitment, retention, and service offerings.
- Collaborate with leadership to build scalable HR systems for Zinga HRM’s expansion.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in HR management, recruitment, or workforce services.
- Knowledge of Fair Work Act, visa sponsorship, and award interpretation (hospitality & professional services).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work across international time zones.
- Proficiency in HR software, recruitment platforms, and remote work tools.
