The Customer Engagement & Business Development Manager is a front-facing, multifunctional role that combines stakeholder engagement, business development & sales, customer relationship management (CRM), customer service, and communication coordination. As the Central Communication Hub, this position ensures eDective internal and external communication, business growth, customer satisfaction, and operational eDiciency across Zhost, hospitality venues, Zinga, Alby Marketplace, and Goldroom.

Key Competencies & Skills Required :
  • Business Development & Sales Management: Ability to generate leads, build partnerships, and convert sales opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Proven skills in client interaction, relationship management, and communication.
  • CRM & Customer Service Management: EDiciently handling inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and managing CRM systems.
  • Digital Integration & App Testing: Familiarity with usability testing, feedback analysis, and system improvements.
  • Communication Skills: EDective communication in English and other languages if applicable.
  • Organizational & Administrative Skills: Proficiency in scheduling, documentation, and communication tracking.
  • Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Ability to analyze business data and make informed decisions.
